What type of position are you looking for after graduation?

I am looking for a position in management, financial advising, sales, or marketing.

What was your greatest accomplishment as an undergraduate?

My greatest accomplishment as an undergraduate is simply reaching the point of graduation. I am one of the few people in my family who has been able to attend college, and I will be the first to graduate. I have done something that my family and I can be proud of.

What strengths do you bring to the table for an employer?

The strengths that I bring to the table for an employer are good communication, analytical and research skills, computer literacy, multitasking abilities, leadership and management skills, problem solving, and creativity. Personality traits that strengthen my abilities as employee are dedication, reliability, hard work, professionalism, and the willingness to learn.

What lessons, if any, did you learn from your time in the Fraternity?

The most important lesson that I have learned from the Fraternity is that if you are resourceful and put in enough time and effort into fixing a problem, you can always find a positive solution. I also learned that it is best to deal with every situation the correct way, and not bend the rules or take any shortcuts for a temporary fix. If you do not handle a difficult situation properly, it will continue to snowball and turn into something worst than it was to begin with.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I can see myself having a career that I enjoy, a family, making good money, all while continuing to acquire more knowledge and become a more diverse and intelligent person.

What is the best advice you've ever received?

The word "problem" can often be replaced with the word "opportunity."

Who do you most admire and why?

My father because he is the hardest working person that I know. I always aspire to have the same work ethic that my father has.

What is the greatest obstacle you've overcome?

The greatest obstacle that I have overcome is finding a way to put myself in position to become a successful person. Not very many things have been handed to me, and I used to have no direction in life. Fortunately, I was able to wise up and make decisions to create a better future for myself.

If you started over, what would you do differently?

I would not do anything differently. Any moment in life that I wish I could have taken back, I have also learned from and have become a better person from it.

What was your first job?

I was 13 years old when I had my first job. I made $40.00 a day using my bicycle to deliver campaign packets to registered voters in my hometown.

What is your prescription for life?

Set goals for yourself and work hard to achieve them, while still taking time to enjoy everything life has to offer.

Do you have any hobbies?

Playing sports/working out, listening to music, reading, and fishing.

What do you do to unwind?

Sit back and relax, watch a game on TV, have a drink, and hang out with my brothers.

What's your theme song?

It would have to be the theme music from Chariots of Fire. I feel like I am achieving great things in life. Each achievement can be played back in my head in slow motion to the Chariots of Fire theme song.

What is something that you can't live without?

I cannot live without peace of mind. No matter what I am doing, I always try to stay relaxed and focused.
